Hypnotherapy provides insight into the unconscious origins that cause unwanted thoughts, feelings or behaviours. These origins are normally negative. Through reframing and reinforcement, these unconscious, negative associations are replaced with healthy, alternative associations. You then begin to free yourself from the limitations caused by the original issue. The added bonus, is that you soon find this new way of responding to feelings and experiences, has a positive ‘knock-on’ effect in not just the problem area, but in all aspects of your life. In other words, you have got in touch with your ‘emotional intelligence’.

We also teach clients self hypnosis and encourage regular practice outside the sessions to consolidate the therapeutic results of the treatment. Hypnotherapy is safe and there are virtually no side effects. Our clients report positive change in their thought processes and / or physical condition after just one or two sessions.

The advantage of hypnotherapy is that it is a short term intervention. Normally a course will not exceed more than six sessions. Often the desired therapeutic
results are achieved in fewer than six sessions. Corporate Services are available on site or at a preferred venue of your choice. We offer preparation for I.V.F treatment, Driving and Exams.
