Kate Davies, B.A Hons., Dip Couns(inc).,Adv Dip Hyp., Master Practitioner Hypnotherapy/ Stress Management / N.L.P. Member British Institute of Hypnotherapy

Kate Davies first began to embrace the philosophy of "seize the day" whilst working as a Social worker in the Hillsborough Football Disaster Team in Liverpool, U.K., and later as a Spinal Injury specialist in Glasgow, Scotland. Both experiences taught her one important lesson - not to take anything for granted as only this moment in life can actually be guaranteed. She vowed never again to put her life on hold.

She believes that we owe it to ourselves to be the best we can be, whatever path we choose in life. To do this you must take whatever action is necessary to remove any obstacles that stand in the way of cultivating a fulfilling, satisfying life.

In the late 1990's she set up a Consultancy in Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management. Yet, rewarding as this work was, as time progressed, she had a growing sense that something was still missing, that there had to be more than this.

Fully aware of how short and precious life is and not prepared to waste any time she set herself two goals. The first of these was to raise the funds needed to make a one year solo trip around the world to find her real life purpose. The second goal was to write a book whilst travelling, based on her insights and experience during her journey of self discovery, which she hopes will serve as an inspiration to others. She sold her home to finance her dream, completed the world trip and will soon finish writing the book which will be published next year. Whilst travelling she found her life purpose and returned to transform her previous business into a Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy Practice. Kate maintains that if she could live her dream, you can too. Her message is this - "GROW....the life you want."
