Training and Consultancy Surestart Services within Children's Centres Kate Davies facilitates a range of Inspirational Courses for Parents within Surestart. Each course is designed to inspire parents to want to strive to provide the best quality of life and opportunities for themselves and their children. All courses are underpinned by the Early years strategy and Every child matters framework. Stimulating and thought provoking these challenging courses motivate parents to want more out of life for themselves and their children, made possible by returning to education, training and/ or employment. The courses raise awareness of the impact their choices have on themselves and their children. Individual Services for Staff Stress Management and affiliated services are available for staff who are struggling to cope perhaps due to personal circumstances.
